When I was 15 years old, I ordered a complete astrology chart from a mail-order magazine. My studies into the spiritual had just begun, and astrology seemed a good place to start. For me at that time in my life astrology turned out to be a bit more complex than I could handle, and so I moved on to the next field of study in my metaphysical journey. A few years ago, I was cleaning out some of my old files and I came across that astrology chart from when I was 15 years old. I cannot begin to tell you how blown my mind and heart were as I read that 45-year-old chart; it was so incredibly accurate! It was like reading a book about the events, people, decisions of my life; down to the culture, religion, and part of the world my husband would come from. How could this be?!?!
Time and time again I have experienced this type of transformation as I study the various realms of metaphysics. It has been my experience that guidance and wisdom is found in the many forms of philosophies, oracles, and spiritual tools. As you can see from the type of jewelry we offer, I am a strong believer in Gem Therapy as it pertains to working with our chakra system. But when I read that 45-year-old astrology chart I started to investigate if crystals played a part in the zodiac system; the answer is a resounding “YES!” So, here is a snippet of what I learned and have applied in our jewelry designs.
Just like with the chakras, birthstones work with celestial energies. Each of the zodiac signs has its own affinity to specific crystals; some based on the birth month while others based on the planetary alignment. And just like with the chakras, it is not just a one-to-one association but rather a wide variety of stones that align with each zodiac sign; which gives the wearer the ability to choose to apply a general benefit or to really laser focus on what they want to achieve with the crystal zodiac connectivity.
When you browse our website, you can be assured that we offer as much of a variety of zodiac related stones as possible while working to keep our prices affordable. For example, for Aries we offer pieces with Amethyst, Aventurine, Bloodstone, Carnelian, Citrine, Garnet, and Jasper, which is a nice range in color and price. However, there are additional stones associated with Aries that we do not offer because they are either not as popular, or difficult to acquire, or out of the price range we want to stay within; Examples are stones like Ruby, Diamond, Topaz – all beautiful and powerful stones but much more expensive.
